"We came into HYS in Southport for a quick repair on our way home to Connecticut late last summer. We were so well treated by everyone – from the office staff, the service manager, the mechanic, and the waterfront staff – that we were made to feel like your oldest and best customers. Our boat is mechanically unique, but Andy our mechanic, instantly gave me great confidence that he was very familiar with both its engines and troublesome outdrives. Based on this experience, we made a quick decision to leave the boat with HYS for the winter and base her there in a slip next summer. Despite slip availability being tight, Amy the Dock Master, committed to one early for us to facilitate our planning.

Overall, we had excellent customer service and we are excited to have the boat in Southport for the upcoming season."
